Courtesy Fill
Our most popular delivery option, this plan allows us to schedule your deliveries based on a degree day system. These systems are used nationally in all forms of energy usage and estimation. Propane Plus will monitor and deliver propane when your tank is between 20 and 40 percent. To receive Courtesy Fill deliveries, your account must be kept current, have credit on account to cover the delivery, or be current on your budget plan.
Our Courtesy Fill Plan is not a guarantee that you will never run out of propane. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the propane levels at all times. With the Courtesy Fill service, we determine your needs based on your usage history and the degree day system,then schedule deliveries accordingly. We ask that you help keep our records up to date and inform us if any changes in your usage occurs. If determined that we have a service failure and you run out, we have emergency staff on call 24-7 to get you back in service as soon as possible.
Will Call Plan
A Will Call customer is responsible for monitoring their tank and calling Propane Plus to schedule a delivery. We ask our Will Call customers call to schedule a delivery when the percentage of their tank is between 20 and 30 percent. This allows us to schedule the delivery into our routes to maximize our delivery efficiency. We make will call deliveries within 5 business days of the day of the request. There is an emergency delivery service charge for customers who allow their tanks to get too low and require immediate delivery. During office hours, the emergency service charge is $85. After office hours the charge is $110.
